My Success Story

Starting my Data Analytics journey with Vephla University in May 2023 was a big step, and to be honest, I had no idea just how much this path would change my life. Four short months later, in September, I landed my very first role as a data entry analyst with WENL on a six-month contract. This role was a real confidence booster, and it felt amazing to see my efforts in class transform into real-world experience so quickly.

As my time at WENL was drawing to a close, I felt ready to take on the next challenge. Following the strategies taught by our mentors, I took to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to search for new opportunities, and I updated my CV using the precise template we’d been given in class. My heart was set on advancing, but I wasn’t sure what was possible in such a short time. Then, in April 2024, I received a life-changing offer for a full-time position as an Assistant Reporting Analyst with a U.S.-based digital marketing firm. Within just one year of starting at Vephla, I had secured not just one but two incredible roles, one of which was with a prominent American company. It’s something I could never have imagined when I first embarked on this journey.

The journey wasn’t without its challenges, but the intense projects, assignments, and deadlines at Vephla University had a way of pushing me to grow beyond what I thought possible. Each project and task helped me build a strong portfolio, which turned out to be an asset in every interview. During interviews, I spoke with a confidence that even surprised me, something I owe entirely to the rigorous training and supportive environment at Vephla. I’ll never forget the look of admiration when interviewers saw the portfolio I presented, made up of work we’d done in class.

Above all, I feel deeply grateful for the unwavering guidance of my mentor, Dev. Richard, and the support of my incredible cohort peers who became like family. Their encouragement fueled my drive to keep pushing forward. And I am incredibly grateful to God, whose guidance I’ve felt at every turn. This journey has been nothing short of transformative, and every bit of success I’ve achieved has deepened my appreciation for Vephla University and the incredible support system it provided.

Looking back, I’m proud of my growth and thankful for this journey. I am so glad I took that first step in May 2023 because it’s been a path filled with purpose, growth, and fulfillment. Here’s to dreaming big, to taking that first step, and to trusting that with hard work and faith, incredible things are possible.
